Rules and Regulations:
 
1. Trainees should adhere to the training timings and attending during 10-15 minutes before the training time.
2. In the case of cancellation, trainee should notify the center administration during the normal working hours before 24 hours to enable the administration to amend the schedule, hence benefiting from the dedicated horses for the cancelled trainees. Working hours are from 9 am to 1 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm from Saturday through Thursday and from 9 am to 1 pm on Friday.
3. If the trainee is absent for 4 consecutive lessons, the trainee’s name shall be deleted from the table and he has no right to any refund.
5. Parents have no right to intervene in training affairs such as selecting certain horses for their children because the trainer and the center administration do their best to design a training program for each trainee to get the best results and intervention hinders applying this program.
4. Trainee should pay the subscription amount in advance.
6. It is prohibited for parents and others to stand beside the training courts in a way that preoccupies the trainer and trainees from the training. Whereas, the center administration has dedicated certain places for the waiting of the trainees’ companions. Companions can discuss with the trainer after the lesson has finished if time permits.
7. Parents and others who accompany trainees or other children shall not allow their children to run or make loud noises near the training courts to avoid any accidents “Allah forbid”. Otherwise, the center’s administration shall regretfully take the necessary procedures against the children.
9. If there is any accident, “Allah forbid” the center shall assume no responsibility in this regard.
8. Trainee should observe the special uniform of the training (approved helmet and special shoes for horse riding). Center administration prefers, without obligating the trainee to wear the approved protective vest.
